All of this came to light since he was here. He gave me a report calling for new capacitors with the specifics but they were several hundred bucks. I dont know but I dont think he realized the motor...
Maybe they are close enough such that the same capacitor will work fine for both but I'm guessing not... hence the problems I have now...
