The outdoor enthalpy was higher than indoor as noted,so this should have been in mechanical cooling.
I used rh so it would be easier to follow,as most use that as a reference.

Yes they are comparing OD enthalpy with ID enthalpy for the economizer- which on paper is great -
But when it's above 90% rh outdoors(fog!) it's downright silly to bring that very wet air inside as...
