Don't know about refer pay in the carolinas, but in atlanta it for some reason is a bit lower in many cases than hvac, unless in the union.

Hey Thanks everyone for all the comments and info. That ecm does sound like(no pun intended) the way to go for quiet operation,huge plus.

The outdoor enthalpy was higher than indoor as noted,so this should have been in mechanical cooling.
I used rh so it would be easier to follow,as most use that as a reference. -
