I've got a job with 2 3-ton ammonia absoprtion condensers. Can the ammonia be dumped into the atmosphere since it's only nitrogen and hydrogen? I was on the EPA's website but i can't find anything.

by high efficiency do you mean condensing. a condensing boiler can receive return water temp down to 70 or 80*.
