any chiller is junk if the wrong person is maintaining it,I like to take junk and make it work properly kinda like an artist or no its called a PROFESSIONAL!

you have no load does the chiller have hot gas bypass, if it does and is giving a false load then you need to get some load on the chiller or cycle it off!

you are not transitioning 2U1 board is bad, board number may not be right maybe change out your transition board!!

supertek68 is on the right track - if you have pressurized the system and can't find the leak install a check valve on the end of your exhaust pump, it is probably leaking back thru in cold periods!

don't care for the stuff if scale built up need some thing hotter i use tower acid descaler and wear gloves face scheild and monitor it closely! might even let run all night to get best...
