If you send it in they will replace it with a much more heavy duty hook. Also if you call them they will send you the cheap hooks for free.

X13 motors can be dialed to for proper cfm based on static like anything else. If your furnace is over heating then it's not on the right speed. Properly set up there should be no issue.

When a heat pump is in defrost can you measure 24v at the O terminal in the air handler? Or can 24 v only be measure at the reversing valve?
