Looking for anyone who might have a palm pilot for sale with the software loaded and the cable to plug into the old York Synthesys module.
I purchased one 3 weeks ago. It works really well and attaches to the roof hatch ladder in seconds. I lifted a 10 ton scroll compressor with ease. Well worth the money!!!
It is connected to a Tracer system and is a new problem. The high limit for the supply air pressure cutout is set at 4.0 iwc. What other settings in the Human Interface Module would give me this...
They are Trane VAV's. The indoor blower completely shuts off in night set back to allow for calibration so this shouldn't be a problem.
I have a 50 ton Trane RTU with the Intellipak system that gives me a high supply air pressure alarm everytime it comes out of night set back. It is programmed to only go into set back 3X's a week for...
I had the same problem. It turns out the 1/4" tubing to the sensor rubbed through causing the periodic failure. I think it was in the blower section and not easily accessable. Good Luck.
I finally was able to resolve the issue. After cutting the wire ties and actually tugging on wires and comparing with the wiring diagram, I found that someone reversed the polarity on the hot surface...
I wasn't having a real issue with the burner igniting in the first place. I just saw other people saying they were getting smoother starts when they covered one of the inlet holes. When I did this it...
Yes. It ignites really well. I did tape off one of the inlet combustion air holes and it now starts even smoother. Nothing sounds abnormal when it shuts off. All you here is the gas valve solenoid...
I did pull a board out of another unit on the roof and tried that as well. Unfortunately it did the same thing. I also checked the orfice for spider webs. The orfice is pretty large as this is a...
The Voyager uses a combination hot surface ignitor/ flame sensor. After the hot surface ignitor lights the flame, it becomes the sensor. This component is extremely fragile and cannot be cleaned. I...
I have a Trane Voyager RTU M# YCD480 that ignites for 5 seconds and goes out. It is almost acting as if the hot surface ignitor/ flame sensor is not sensing the flame after it ignites. I have...
