Not sure this is HVAC but I have the above 50 pint dehumidiifer in my basement. The temp is about 68 degs...I have it set at 50% and the coils keep icing up and this is supposed to be a cold air unit...

it wasnt a leak it was the water coming out of...

Forget the money spent on wood, you can still use it when the weather is warmer out. Buy some oil instead of investing the time, money in a lp fireplace which isnt going to heat that house anyway....
