replace valves,leak lock will hold until next guy...
replace valves,leak lock will hold until next guy comes along and removes caps and doesnt reapply leak lock.

ive never seen a condenser freeze while in cooling mode,your evap. coil is what freezes and your suction line will freeze back to the condenser.several things can cuase this.

didnt say anything about 4" said to multiply circumference of pipe times 4 then add 2" for lap and yes this will work for any size pipe.we wrap 14" pipe everyday and it works perfect,no rule of thumb...

we run alot of metal pipe we multiply size of pipe times 4 then add 2" for lap 3.14 sounds tight if you smash insulation youre defeating the purpose.
