went on call for no heat.when i checked out the unit burners came on for about 60 seconds then shut off,after that the burners wouldn't come on anymore.most of my experience is in commercial...

That is for your secondary drain u can unscrew it...
That is for your secondary drain u can unscrew it and run pvc into your drain. Your secondary is if your primary drain gets clogged.

I haven't read all the responses but double check...
I haven't read all the responses but double check the filter isn't clogged it may be as simple as that b/c the air isn't coming accross the coil.

I also suggest looking into the tax credit...
I also suggest looking into the tax credit .....it may be worth it to get the better unit if you can offset the price.

I think Goodman is an inexpensive unit to purchase but i also agree that there is very little support for us contractors. If I was installing a unit in my home I would go with American Std.

i was looking at this 4 ton goodman split system.indoor and outdoor fans come on but no compressor, when i got there it sounded like the compressor was trying to start but it never did come...

Also need a Carrier Pro
Working on a Carrier right now.....have a 25 ton package unit SAS/Electric that has 2 semi hermetic compressors. Are they supposed to run simultaneously or is one a back up?
Please help.....
