Not to be too much of a nit picker, but R22 doesn't use POE oils, just good old mineral based oils. These can be dried under vacuum, (unlike POE, PAG, and PVE oils), as long as nothing else goes in...
Oh, and FYI, the RLQ series has a 'dry' mode, which is meant to mainly dehumidify with minimal cooling.
If you go Fujitsu, and go with the RLQ series mini splits, there's nothing I am aware of out there that's more efficient, outside of geothermal!
