Thanks for the compliment. I figure I will be back there to service in a year and also try to keep a customer. Plus there is more equipment through out the house that will need replaced one day.

The old unit was the same way, I know, it is a little close. There is enough room to remove burner, but if the heat exchange needs replace I guess the ducts would need disconnected. I was there today...
