yep, they look identical but the heads were wrong so we were getting communication problems.

Alright, problem solved.. after hours of trouble shooting.. lol
Fujitsu gave us mis-matched heads

So that was a big help

They said that only the timer light blinking doesn't make sense

just got off the phone with fujitsu tech support, 12-3 is perfectly fine to run between units, you just can't go any smaller than 14-3... so I've got another underlying problem .. fun times..

appreciate the help, i will post after I speak with tech support tomorrow and hopefully figure out the problem

yep thanks, we ran 12-3 which shouldn't cause a communication problem, if anything you would think it would make is easier with less resistance... I will be calling tech support tomorrow, hopefully...

which is supposed to indicate a communication error, however we've gone over all the wiring and there is only 2 units, not 3

on the indoor unit its one blink and outdoor is all three led's one blink

the timer light keeps blinking on the indoor units

we've tried that and it will reset and after 30 secs goes right back into the led's again

We went back today and switched it around to use a and b instead and there still is the same error codes??

I have and it doesn't seem to touch on the subject at all

we have hooked up to the b and c terminals, I'm wondering if you need you use a, and b when only running 2 heads off the unit?

I have just installed a fujitsu flex system and the outdoor unit wont kick on, I have all 3 leds blinking once, however only two heads are hooked up.
