You can change the Txv in the air handler, but a coil that old may not handle the pressures if you wanted to go with 410-a.... if it has a flowrater ( piston ) its only a couple thousands different,...

Did he have the oxygen side turned on..??? What a mess... or he was burning holes in the tubing and he had to keep fixing the holes...
Did you take out the horizontal drain pan... if your application is vertical and you did that it will leak.... seen it to many times... that pan keeps a pitch for vertical draining.
I use the SC- 66 had it for 7 years never a problem, till I got new probes , shielded all the way to the point,have to get dead on for a reading...Engineers they love to change things !!
