Replacing a heat exchanger is a lot cheaper than replacing the unit especially in a well maintained unit.
Not enough info, flame sensor description isn't enough for us to know what going on with the unit.
Check ur transformer if it's good then check ur low voltage wiring even wire nut nuts and plugs.
