The readings are actually fairly stable - maybe +/1 0.1 - 0.2 amp in each mode. I tried blocking off half of the return vent with a piece of cardboard and the Stage 1 reading went up about 0.5 amp.

So these readings taken at breaker feeding up to air handler:

OFF 0.3 Amp
Stg 1 7.0
Stg 2 11.4
MAN ON 11.9

Voltage 245

That's a good point. There is a hydrocoil for heat and I've never had it shutdown during that season.
