Humidity is 52 and Humidity set point was 26, I change it to 52 but compressor contactors are remain energized.Room Temp is 17 and setpoint is 19 C.Is there some software programming problem.

It is Air cool system but dual coils Evaporator coils for compressors and other coils for chilled water.There are two set of heaters with two separate contactors
