  1. Is it smarter to maintain a constant temp. or to set the temp higher when not needed?

    Lets say I like it 76' on my first floor. I go to work for the day(8hours). Does it make sense to maintain that temp. all day?(I assume not) or how I high should I set the stat as that when I come...
