This is my intent, although the property has an excellent rental history with terrible gas bills and window air units that don't adequately cool the property ( I can attest to this personally).

He just moved into the property 5 weeks ago - I have no need to heat, and the central air died 2 years ago. Fixing the leaks is not important until I have some cool air to move through it.
