A bad EPROM will sometimes cause the control board to do screwy things. Take the EPROM from another same model oven and see what happens. Make sure its the same model oven.

I'v had to raise those above the roof line to solve that problem.

The smell might be coming from the vent lines on the roof getting sucked into the unit. If the roof has a soffit extend the vent lines to the top of that.

Make sure your side panel is on when you calibrate, also the cabinet may be to hot.

Other than Delfieds being crap, My guess is the condensate loop. Usually always leak there.

Using a heat gun you might not have removed all the ice. inside the coil might have still had ice. Did you deice front and back of coil? You should use hot water when possible.

If you let them go "BOOM" too many times that happens. replace the burner and insulation and find out why it went "BOOM", probably bad blower relay, bad blower.

Had the same problem on two different units. Replaced the bin switch (curtain switch) problem went away.
