I am being quoted a Trane XR13 4TTR3036AI and 4TXXC037 coil. Is this a good match?

Also, living in NJ, would it make sense to go with an XL14i or even an XL15i?

While the company that said I couldn't put it there was also the one that came in, looked at the old condensor, looked at where I wanted to put it (and said I can't) then handed me a quote... Didn't...

2TTR4036. I am told it is a Trane 3ton 14 seer. But I can't find it on Trane's website. Can anyone tell me what it is and why it wouldn't be listed on Trane's website?
