Its working good, it had never gone down in temp this much, now the only thing that worries me is all the insulation we ripped out. i replaced it with liquid foam insulation, and sealed the panel...
no, the cap tube ran inside of the back wall incased in the foam.
I ended up using the same two cap tubes that were run outside the back wall of the case, and secured them to the suction pipe. There was nothing wrong with the length or size.
For those of you who...

How in the holy hell do i sound like that, i said that after you verify that the sensors are correct by checking with your fluke then only and only then can you know that the graph is...
soooo whats your point? I have ran into the same situation and ofcourse i had enough common sense to verify that the case reported as warm was warm by walking up to the case itself.
This thread...
if theres a ton of situations then tells us about a couple of them because now im confused.
the only situations i can think of is if the sensor comes off of the honeycombs and drops near the coil...
I agrees, i have done that in the past where i have some young punk assistant manager who thinks he knows more then everyone. As long as you know those cpc sensors are reading the correct value then...

i started school when i was 27, started working in the field at 28 and i still kick myself on the aish for not starting when i was 20 or 21. it does suck aish when your supervisor is 24 years old.
This week i was sent to a SamsClub to pump down their rack and other refrigerated equipment because the store was closing, it was a pleasure to do it because their roof hatch and roof was a nightmare...

this is a good idea, there is a second rmcc for the medium temp. there is also another for the HVAC and lighting, this one however says BEC, does it matter if i swap out the screens with that one?
Yo, i have a store where the RMCC screen is starting to go out, i already notified my manager but who knows if they will replace it since the store is in Compton, (you know the city where the lovely...
how long is this course for and what state is it at?
Tif ZX-1 is freaking awesome, i have found so many dam leaks in supermarkets where the piping runs all over the place like spaghetti.
thats to hang your gauges or veto tool bag from.:grin2:
call Traulsen or start tracing wires, i would start with the paragon defrost timer, check the contacts with your meter and not just with your eyeballs.
i would look at the defrost timer to see if the contacts are opening when you switch to defrost, it sound like a electrical issue to me. Call Traulsen for a schematic.
this is why i stopped thinking like a sucker, and started thinking like a company owner wich is to only care of whos more important and that would be numero uno.
thats a load of garbage, just excuses from the company owner to pocket more cash or to hide that hes business challenged.
i didnt get anything either but i did get 40+ hours every week so thats...
