A scroll is hard to pump down if it will at all. it will raise the scrolls out on high press.

you can cause bearing failure and lock up the motor.

Regular oil changes means after every job. Not when U feel like it.

Cap on the intake keeps air out. No air can get in thru exhaust. either. Short of an intake valve or fitting or the gas ballast gasket going bad the pump is air tight.

C&Ds are easily repairable and are good to 200 microns.

Appion are good to 20 microns.

I use both with equal success.

If the system has left over acid from the old compressor you could have burned out the wingdings.

I just can't understand why a guy would prefer the SMAN over the 570. I have been of this opinion since I bought digital of different brands and had a chance to compare them.

if you don't like the 570 i'll trade you my sman 4 withe the case. its still under warranty and has little usage.

Try reading the manual and a few videos on SDP2. Itis plainly stated to turn the APO off during charging, If this warning was any bigger on the xmitter it would bite you.
