there is a jumper wire in the air handler between y1 and o that should have been removed for heat pump usage
i believe it is mentioned in note 3 on wiring dia for the air handler
i stand corrected it was r508b and i did find the temp chart for it

If your really trying to look forward, get a r410a 2 stage system. 16 seer heat pumps may be make more noise than there r22 couisins but they do save on the util bills. Insist on a varilble speed...
