Inthe past 2 weeks i have found 2 payne furnaces with plugged sec. heat exchangers, both were put in 2 days prior to the nobheats. The substance i cleaned out was a white pasty material. Any ideas.

On some units, you can drill a hole at the bottom...
On some units, you can drill a hole at the bottom of the combustion blower and put a hose there going to the drain but make sure it is looped. I believe it is a 3/8 hose
