Could it be compressor running in high pressure bypass . Had one onfirday we install in fall installers had close to 5 lbs of 410a to much. Homeowner said cooled great till it got 90 plus outside .

Ihad a low pressure switch on a carrier hp that had a loose connection inside the switch . Caused contactor to chatter and fryed contacts.

If airhandler has evp coil on bottom i stick cell phone in filter slot and snap a few pictures and review. Saves alot of time and guess work. Coil above blower to easy to remove evp cover slideevp...
