The worst thing is trying to get info from turbocor or smardt or mcquay or even multistack if you have a control question. I think all of them are still going through growing pains with this new...
The DP switches most always get plugged up on the condenser side. There is a SB detailing get rid of them and just letting the machine use its other sensors to shut off on low flow conditions.
I just purchased a pump from Grainger today. I'm going to use it tomorrow to circulate acid thru a condenser bundle. Cost 150. I'll let you know how it did tomorrow.
I've also used it.
Think of it like this, An Ahu with inlet guide vanes, as the vanes close amperage goes down since you are moving less air. Basically the vanes are adding a restriction. JMO
Little slow here. Most years I'll have at least two overhauls maybe four right after the first of the year. This year none. Guess I'll be doing a lot of oil changes this year.
I work for a mech. cont. We purchased NSTV about a year ago thru our local carrier parts house.
We had several guys working at our shop on travel cards for over a year. Our local was low on work, so they did not transfer them till work picked up. They were doing refer work, which none of the...
We have installed several. So far no big problems. Smardt seems to be going through "growing pains". The IOM's they send with their units may be outdated by the time your ready to do startup. All...
We also had one that was bad. Pulled it out and also did the ch530 works well.
It does sound like a 23xl. I take care of a few and have had to rebuild several slide valves due to seals leaking.
If you or someone at your co. has been "Factory Trained" then the software is on the T-core website. Must have the proper login and password to get to it
Can the load and unload solenoid valves be replaced with out pulling the gas? Thanks
Balibe, Thanks for the reply. What I should have said was that I don't know if the battery was bad and we lost power there by losing the software, or if that was assumed and something else is...
Hello all, This PSIO is used on an AHU. It has lost its software. Red LED blinks about two times per second. I am not sure if the battery was bad or not, got replaced before I arrived. Is there...
I won't be at this one, but two others from company will be there. Should be a nice one to spend a few extra days playing at the sites. Have fun
Check out the Lennox Himiditrol system. Seems to work ok, but it will cost you some doe. Not only to buy but also to run. Good Luck
I have never had one stick, but yes they can be pulled apart and inspected. I think you could order parts if needed. I would think you would see low discharge superheat if stuck open.
Grainger has one in their catalog. A little pricey. I also rented one from a local company several times before.
As a temp repair I have used the 2 part epoxy tubes you can buy from the hardware store for Marine use. Only tried this on small leaks but works till the tower can be drained and repaired with...
I would suggest looking into a Benshaw SSS. Seems to be a good product.
What OS are you trying to load it onto?
Vari-prime systems seem to work well. Two -way valves at all Ahu's etc. Control Chw pump Vfd to system diff press stpt. Maintain min flow at chiller with a bypass valve. Chiller selection is...
Lots of equipment. Air cooled, water cooled, dx, and some absorbers too.
