We use the Contemporary Controls BACnet router (JCI’s is the same thing with a different part#). Be aware and prepared for data flip.

The VMAs count as 2.3 devices. I suggest you break up the bus, if possible.

The official word from JCI is that they do not support running HVACpro on Windows 7's XP mode. That said they do report that they are told it work. We have been sucessful with it.

If the FX40 is less than 3 years old, make a deal with the installer to return it under warranty and use an FX60.
