do something about it.
right to work state I suppose, you should have UA locals there.
housing hasn't changed much
experienced ticketed red seal journeymen are in high demand, but don't tell your friends, kinda like it this way.
gateway as well
you sell umbrellas and I will sell tarps
Blitz, pm'd you the info
you need to check with the condenser manufact, and size according to their capacities, remember condenser size will be different for semi or open drive compressors.
I picked up an Al brazing stick to try and repair a friends discharge line on his car, to my surprise it worked very well, and has held the 300+ psig pressures fine for over a year, the line from the...
you're better to check with local516, most of that you describe are union, and as such you need to go through the hall.
what do you define as a callback?
You could repair a leak, pressure test, evac to 200microns, charge,,,all is good for a week, get a call to the same place, find its out of refrigerant, find the...
thanx, I actually negotiated a higher rate, the one quoted is min rate.
I read your post thoroughly, and I can assure you If I breathe any slower I will be clinically dead.

When a company...
licensed in BC metro Vancouver, is ~$63 and up......... package.
His training is either faulty, or personal judgment is,, wither way, he has only himself to blame.

Sending someone out to a site...
how is it in Oregon?

not lying dude, as a first year apprentice, I was charged out at full rate, I saw the billing.
I met an old classmate on the same roof, he was changing filters on all the RTU while I was changing...
every employer I know, charges full rate, even for a guy on their first day....
NO discounts here.
Min pay here is the same for a filter changer and industrial mechanic...
I don't see how an employer is going suffer charging a customer out $100 per/hr for an entry level mechanic.
Having an older entry level mechanic is even more believable to the customer.
We have a guy at 50, just be ticketed BTJ, he is doing well, I say go for it.
I'm sure, I don't think its bad in a proper setting, we were using HP80 aka R-402a, as a 502 replacement.
Just don't like the idea of it in the cockpit of a car I smoke in....
