We are not salesmen. Just try and be a Great Service Tech, build a relationship with your customers and they will continue to ask for you.
I wouldn't use the word sale. Just make a list of options out for the customer. The customer chooses what best soots their budget. It's their checkbook, help them by giving them all the...
Yeah, Fieldpiece SC77 is the one most are techs are using. Haven't had any problems with them.
My company has alway's done cold weather charging. It's starts with Dispatch telling the homeowner to turn up the heat a couple of degrees while the Technician is on it's way to their house. When I...

I had this exact problem last week on a Brand new 80% Carrier furnace, right out of the box. The last burner with the flame sensor would not light quick enough. Checked the burners, they all looked...
we sell 2 stage furnace with single stat. Furnace runs on 1st stage for 15 - 20 minutes then goes into 2nd stage. The Control Board is operating system. Which way is better for the customer? I...
True. But wouldnt it be more for comfort
Do you setup 2 stage furnace with single stage stat and let the board control 2nd stage. Or install 2 stage stat and let stat control when to turn on second stage. Just wanted to see which way...
It's going to cost you more in the long run for 2 ac's. Maintenance, repairs, and replacement. BUT, a big 2 story house in Texas would need 2 ac's, one for the first floor and one for the second...
Don't go with Lennox G71, you can't go wrong with the G61. If you have the extra money, Go with Lennox SLP98. It's replacing the G71.
I like Ford~
I'm also a Veteran that got out and went to work. My advice for you is to STAY IN and get your 20. 11 years will go by really fast and you'll probably regret it. Just think, in 11 years you can...
We use Biocide strips in our evap coils. This seems to help.
If your buying house. It's time to upgrade system. If your selling house, let it go as long as it's working.
Don't go with the base model. Go Comfort series. Plus, check and see if it's got a variable speed blower on the furnace. I don't deal with Carrier to much so, I just that I'd ask.
I like to roll my fish in Early's Seasoned flour then deep fry.
I would go with single stage. I would also look at whole house dehumidifier. It's well worth the money. Plus, I would get a variable speed blower on the furnace. Just my two cents.
If you listen to the recordings of the kids. They weren't horse playing. They actually sounded professional.
I would get a cap. Make sure their is screen of some sort to keep birds out.
Yes
I would go ahead and replace both with R22 equipment now.
The kid has been doing this since he was born. I just don't see anything or anyone getting hurt over this. Yes, Suspend these two guys for a couple of weeks. They don't need to get fired over...
They make those about 10 minutes from my house.
Their's nothing wrong with your furnace or blower moter.
That's what it sounds like to me. You getting a whine from the velocity of air going through a vent. You could take some vents off when it's on high, I would do this one at a time to see if it's...
The simpliest solution for me, would to have two complete systems. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. You wouldn't need 4 ton ac to do this and this would solve your zoneing issues.
I use Early's seasoning. They have really good smoked ham and bacon. www.earlysgifts.com
I would go with the b-vent fireplace. This will help protect the brick chimney.
Thanks, for your help
The company I'm going to work for makes you pay a commitment $$$$. Then pay's you back monthly. This goes towards all your tools and training. It takes 4 years to get your money back.
I quit working for a Heating and Air Conditioning company 5 years ago. Do to change of heart and willingness to get back to the HVAC field for a CAREER. My old company has decided to hire me back...
