I don't get it! In this day & age, Why would you put in a Mid. ?

Vary nice work, but I would extend that exhaust tee out a bit (if you can). When the front of those bricks start falling off because of freezing, the customer is going to be vary unhappy.

That's one of my biggest pet peeves with service,, these morons think it's your/my job to move things. They sure are paying a big hourly wage to have this task done !

It's been a few years since I was in the commercial end of things,, I miss the pay checks,, I mean work !

I wouldn't recommend either, I'd go for a Comfortmaker !

The only think I don't like is the black Iron in the system. Iron makes a system dirty after a while (scale in the pipes and iron in the water). I can see you don't have much Iron in your system, but...

I think you need to improve on your gas piping skills

What I would have did differently
- bring the gas out the other side if possible. Or extended the gas out 90 degree's with a 6" nipple
- UV light on the cold air return, not on supply
- Not put 90...

Don't worry about dirt getting into the furnace, that's one of the reasons you get an annual cleaning. Window screen is to restrictive and will end up plugging up in no time. You just need to worry...

I picked up one a month ago, I used it ones or twice and came to the conclusion they work better on TV. If you want some wrenches, I suggest a good set of box wrenches for nuts and bolts and a Ridgid...

Both are good products, the key factor is proper installation

a cracked heat exchanger (Primary or secondary) can cause all kinds of weird behavior in a furnace and so can a blower when filled with pet hair (IE. going out on high limit)

when was the last time your furnace had a cleaning and full Inspection ? (removing the heat exchanger/s and blower)
