Believe me I thought about the link belt. I think I'll try the OEM belt and see how it goes,but would like a link belt for a temp fix. Wonder if the link belts last?

WOW That did a number on that shaft! Yes that looks like it. The center of the blower wheel looks like two cone discs welded together, hollow in the middle.

Has anyone replaced the blower bearings on a Trane yhx120a or similar rtu. It's the belt driven model. The bearings are mounted in a rubber casing. Wonder if they need to be pressed out of the blower...

That is another lock. If u lock it like that nothing can be pressed. And when u do press a button it tells you how to unlock it.
