You're likely leaking under vacuum through the manifold and hoses. Get a vacuum hose and connect to pump. Save the manifold for charging.
What are you using to connect your pump to the system?
I only use a static tip. As noted, pitot tube traverse is inaccurate in residential systems.

There's a glitch in the software. If you use a 24v stat, you have to use the memory card when replacing the board. If using a ctk-0X, memory card not required.
