Nice. But I think that 2" to 3" pvc vent reducer should be in the vertical position not horizontal. Condesate will build up in it causing gurrgles! Check the installation manual it should explain.

Maybe they did not want to take down the tin foil from the windows! Looks like they set the unit up in front of a bedroom door? Also most doors open into a room so they probably faced the wrong way...
