my furnace has vs motor, chart say sp 0-.8 will give me 1330 cfm max so what sp should i use to set up duct work

you would know if compressor is pumping at all. if it can't pump back then you have bad compressor (valves).or maybe a bad start cap.

can you pump freon back into condenser by closing service valves?
