All I can say from a Apprentice point of view. If you don't make this trade your life right from the start and you dont show a ton of intrest your journemen will know and not spend much time with you...

Eh good luck with that Siemens.... I have nothing but problems with all the Siemens controls and Square D drives. Maybe its just Siemens here in California but its sad. If you figure it let me know...

Also I have seen some motors have sealed bearings that don't need grease... And people load the **** out of them with grease thinking it will help and turns out it needs new bearings.
