Sizing everything right and using the right filter is the key, but a little trick i learned to help on a few we didn't install was to straighten the louvers ever so slightly using your tongs covered...

I had a few around that time that would not reset while new,supply house actually showed me to slam it against counter and it would reset.I decided to just stick with square d instead.
Dont know about your area but supply houses will not warranty claims on the condenser without model and serial of coil or AHU. no match means no warranty
