A service tech determined it to be a nozzle...
A service tech determined it to be a nozzle problem. I guess a new nozzle can get plugged no matter how new it is? Thanks for the ideas though.

I just checked cad cell and it was free of debris...
I just checked cad cell and it was free of debris or soot of any type (of course that says nothing of its functionality). I am not getting any smoke upon startup. Just good ol' fashioned combustion...

starts right up! I can look into the choke and...
starts right up! I can look into the choke and see the flames coming up and hear the "rumble" of combustion. The last time I reset it, it tripped the reset and a few seconds later the fan kicked on...

I have a Carrier oil furnace with a Beckett...
I have a Carrier oil furnace with a Beckett burner model AFG. I have been having some difficulties with the reset button tripping.
I just recently transitioned from underground tank to above ground...
