Anyone have the vykonPro module for 3.8.111 that they can share?
Has anyone else run into this error before on a supervisor running 3.8.111?
"Cannot resolve dependency kitControl-Tridium-3.7 for vykonPro-vykon-3.8.37.1"
kitControl is installed in version...
I'm guessing your popup bindings are relative? In the server you would have to use the VykonPro module, "enhanced hyperlink" binding. The drawback is that you can't use it as a popup, only a new or...
In comparison to home automation systems it will be very expensive. You can try cycling power on it a few times and you may get lucky enough to have it come back to life. Usually if this fault...
Do you know if the Distech .dist file was installed? The wizards won't run unless you install the modules that way.

Thank you sir, do you have the one for 2.301.527? That is the version I am viewing it with, but I don't remember what version the Jace was at. Also, sorry I forgot to mention the R2 version I was...
Hi All,
I am doing an integration between an AX (3.8.111) Jace and a Robertshaw DMS-3500 (not sure what version) using the ibmsDms driver from Infocon. Everything has gone well so far but I don't...
Does anyone know the default platform login for Phoenix? I have a customer that is not happy with the local rep in our area.

Make the scale -10 and offset 100 ( if I remember correctly). Been awhile since I used Jace I/O.

Create a batch file with one line:
NET LOCALGROUP Administrators "[your domain here]\[your user name here]" /ADD
Then add the batch file to your startup menu.

Try looking in the AxCommunity.jar
Lots of useful things in there and I am pretty sure I saw that in there. If you don't have it yet just search google and you should find it pretty easily.

Nevermind they wired it to the wrong Jace.

It was set to false, but changing it made no difference. What I don't understand is why the Jace doesn't receive any service pin from these RTUs.

Still get nothing at the Jace. I believe when we looked on Rover the domain length was 0 for the RTU and the Jace is at 2C.
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Yes but get no reply. I should add that we can see the entire network when we connect at the RTU.

Anybody ever have difficulty discovering a Trane LCI-I card on a WEB-403? It won't discover and the service pin doesn't show up at the Jace.

You need the ax wizards module in order to upload the programming and see the points. You cant generate an xml with those.

Can you send me the contact also. My email is in my profile. Thanks.:bump:
You will have to put the jcin2.jar and other modules in your install folder so your workbench can see whats in the N2 network.
You can still use the Jace in the same way by leaving "Routing" on in your Bacnet Network setup. Then it will route all bacnet communications just like a router would. Best of all, I don't think...
If what you want could be done, I think a Bql query would be the way. But I don't know if you can use bformat text that way. I am sort of trying to do the same thing.
Anyone else have any ideas?
I have done this before, but Bacnet IP is alot easier with the NAE's. I just used a Contemporary Controls Bacnet router to serve the points. Far less expensive than a Jace.
Normally I start with a TR of three to five times my setpoint and an integral of about 60 seconds. So if your setpoint is 1" I would start with a TR of 3-5.
I have seen this before, they probably want demand based ventilation with indoor ppm compared to outdoor ppm. When indoor ppm is say 700 above outdoor ppm then start increasing intake air volume. ...
Has anyone ever successfully had a Lynxspring relicensed to be open?
The last line says it all, try loading a known good station and see if it works. If it does, than the first one is junk. If it doesnt work, try reloading the os.
Wow, I didn't realize the gateway was such a loser. I guess I'm not surprized though.
I believe Wattmaster has some sort of Bacnet gateway available. I would look into that but it may be less expensive to replace the controls instead.
I was one of the beta testers for these displays. Our display shorted itself as soon a power was hooked up, so testing for us was short. As a result I wouldn't be able to tell you how well they...
This forum isn't for giving directions, if you have a more specific problem or question you need help with we would be glad to help.
Me too Mike. Thanks!
If your going to use bacnet/ip, I wouldn't bother with an FX-60. Use another brand like Vykon with less crap loaded on it.
Spyders are not supported on 201's, not enough horsepower.
There is only one lon channel and only one 600.
Look at Contemporary Controls P/N BASRTP-B or the JCI equal. It is a mstp to ip router for bacnet.
The ultimate goal is the remove the iLon from EBI. The entire facility is going from EBI and migrating to AX. For now I have both EBI and AX in the config server so I don't interupt comm.
lwarren:
Did you discover the Ilon's or did you have to add them manually? Were you able to discover points?
The config server is in the EBI computer and I already added my jace.
The rest:...
The 600 is already passing data to EBI, I was simply hoping I could add AX in the network and discover.
It may come to that, I just hate to waste usefull hardware.
That seems harder than just...
GE documentation on the Prosys 2 system doesn't mention LON at all except that you need to upgrade to Prosys LM to get it. Which is why I am confused that there is LON repeaters being used.
600 I think.
It is licensed for IP, do they get licensed for a certain number of clients? Right now it is using IP to Honeywell EBI and I am trying to stick my computer in with AX software to see if it works. ...
Anyone ever use LON/IP to integrate an I-LON into Tridium?
Its called "RDP Lite", I got it from the app store free. Not sure what else you need to know.
I have recently found out that Trane employs this same tactic. Program thier MP581's but don't map any points to LON some anyone can integrate. That's okay, that's how guys like us stay in business.
I have an app for my ipod for Windows remote desktop. It works well even though the screen is small.
Anyone ever integrate Prosys 2 systems before? I see LON repeaters in each panel, does that mean true LON or proprietary LON? Should I just be able to discover controllers? I have tried and no...
We are trying to do that right now using AX for a big hospital and are getting ripped off by H. I can discover EBI in my bacnet network, but it will go offline about a minute after that. BUT, I can...
Not that I have seen.
Thanks! I was having the same problem on one of my computers but the other one worked. I will look at .net to see if there is a difference. Thanks again.
