never saw that...unless its fuel oil from the burner
No, Natural gas units. Oil looks red like ATF FLUID. I see it on brand new installs.
oh, i actually think thats exactly what it is. Ever notice how sheet metal elbows are coated in oil to prevent rusting? (benchmark is anyway) yea thats red oil too. The mfr is probably just putting a little too much on the heat ex to protect it and its dripping down.Quote:
