Have a 10 ton thermalcare that is running about 15 degrees approach, any success stories on cleaning one?
I would firstly call the mfg and see what they have to say.
Maybe circulate acid through it but I would deffinatily check with manufacturer first:ghug:Quote:

If its stainless do NOT use HCL!! The best I have seen to descale stainless is sulfamic acid. The chlorine in HCL will pit the metal. Check with a water treatment specialist and the MFG to confirm.
