jagslr: I don't think anyone's ever doubted the quality of the WR stats. I have a WR stat at one of my residences and it's been running fine for 4 years & 1 hurricane now. I prefer the Honeywell VisionPro stats b/c of usability and algorithms, BUT, as BaldLoonie points out, they can't handle some of the more advanced AC systems. Living in Florida, I don't have much use for humidifiers, so this isn't as much of an issue for me.

Thanks for the input...I guess that living here in Canada with the cold and dry winter climates, and very humid (southern Ontario) summer climate, this unit should help with the Trane variable speed fan...
