They add two weeks for every post like this they have to answer.

All members of the Membership Committee have regular jobs. They volunteer their work as all site staff do. They give me a list on the late weekends to change membership status.Quote:

If you have an off-spelled user name then you should have been more precise to them. This has put you back at least a week, maybe two.
Be patient. If they stub you then your account would be locked especially if they read this... these guys work their tails off and convert about 20+ a week.
