has anyone checked a pressure relief valve on the boiler?
The 68 series loved to leak at the top o-rings between the first and second section on steam boilers. but usually didnt show water on the floor just steam. Every four hours though is alot of steam. Could just be a plugged pig tail causing releif to pop.
