i would like to know the best, and easiest method for doing load caculations.

If you are asking what is the quickest way untill you sure
you have the job, a block load would be the way to go.

Then after you sure you have the job,then a room by room calc is the best way to go.

If you want to know with is the best program that is user
friendly, then hvac-calc is the top on my list.

The only easy way to do it is to teach the help and let them go do it.
