went out last month on a call and found aprilaire 8570 stat not energizing y1 in heat when configured for heat pump. stat changed by other tech.
went out today, SAME THING!~! i am sure he changed the stat, is this coincidence, or am i missing something?
it is wired correctly, 600 humidifier on system.
