Got A Problem With An Inflatable

No. Not what you first thought. We bought one of those standup pools at Walmart two years ago. It is the one with an inflatable ring around the top.

I have a slow leak somewhere on that ring and I will be dammed if I can find it. I am concentrating in the area of the valve stem but have had zero luck. So far I tried a lot of soapy water but nothing shows up cause it is so slow. Guess I will have to add air every two days which is a PITA!

I think one of the cats jumped up and may have made a tiny puncture. This is a classic needle in the haystack.

Any suggestions? And dont say drown the cat.

Betcha sodadude can get a deal on CO2. All you need is a regulator and it will last you all summer. Especially a New England summer.

Felinas-Supremo-Leak-Detector

1- Make sure the wife is not at home.

2- Obtain Bath Towel, or Beach Towel depending on size of resident Puddy' Cat.

3- Locate the Sleeping Feline, Cover him/her with towel and roll into a tightly wrapped but well secured package.

4- With suspect Air-Mattress, Pool (Whatever) inflated to max. move captive Felines around entire inflated area.

5- The Felines eyes will register a rapid movement directly proportional to any leak sensed.

Warning!! Using any subject over 1 yr. in age could result in the leak checker becoming totally useless.(As a leak testor or house-pet) I'm told it's something to do with their internal pump overloading...

6- After testing is complete, take the wrapped package and unroll it in a remote room away from anyone that might have observed any portion of it..

We used to do that quite often (pre Montreal Protocol), and if we didn't have 22, we'd use 502.

same here I got a flat pumped it up with r22 drove to the tyre shop the dude that took off the tyre and repaire dthe hole was smoking at the time he let the air out of the tyre he started coughing and had a coughing fit for 5 mins then he curses the cig and swears off of somking for ever turned him into a non smoker I did

I had an old house

with leaky gas pipes. Got tired of fixing them 1 at a time so I filled er up with 22 and used the leak seeker to find um all at once.
