Hey Gang..... only 3 calls today! and its 8pm and I dont HAVE to go out anymore today!
one call was.... ground floor freezing! Set on 75 and was 70.... damper wasnt working. Stuck..... loosened it up.... will order a new one.
Another call.... lower level not cooling..... only 8v on R. opened up ahu and found floats wired through R. Rewired through Y.... no 24 on Y.... condensate pump float open.... found breaker in panel marked upstairs bath - off. Turned it on and entertainment center on ground floor came on. Condensate ump came on and a lebleu water tank pump started up.... and ran and ran and ran.... (it was empty) unplugged the pump and all was well! I am sure someone shut the breaker off to kill the water tank.
First call was easy at an urgent care clinic.... bad dual capacitor.

Having a bonfire tonight.... SMORES..... yum

too many people in our industry get divorced over the "feast or famine" routine.

if you stay on during the "busy season" will you be able to find work closer to home during the "not busy season"? i would hate to see you not be able to prove your worth because some company doesn't have enough work to take a chance on you. especially since some company probably has enough work now to allow you to prove yourself and keep you on when things get slow.
