Thanks for the heads up. Ray. If everything pans out, even though it's non-union, the place looks really good. 100% ICI (focus on the institutional part), latest toys and have to recruit the same caliber of mechanics as any union shop. That's why I'm pretty optimistic about the mentoring I'd receive over there even though I'd be missing out on union training. Bonus points: Regardless of the state of the economy, they'll have lots of tax dollars pissed their way, so they won't be starving for work ;)

The crane had a 100 foot boom, over half needed just to reach from the ground to the roof of the second level where the unit was located, with a reach in of about 40 feet, too.
