I've been as bad as many with allowing myself to get fat and lazy. At 5'11" and 250#, I'm not the picture of health but I've got a plan in place to correct it and do something. I've got a laundry list of excuses, but they mean exactly nothing in the final wash.
As for my kids, they love the computer and TV and vidiot games as much as any kid does, but we only allow them in moderation. After game time is over, they go and PLAY.
I sure as hell did not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:gah:
