Nice birdsnest

Customer was complaining of little airflow and no heat. Found this hack install. Birds had been living in the insulation.

'Wow' is all there really is to say about that one....lol.

At what point do these guys learn not to use flex outside. Its just sad really. It looks like that took more time to hack that then just to have done it the right way
